Who does Palanca work with?
Small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, churches and schools across Greater New Orleans. We also work with hosts, sponsors and partners to make free community technology programs possible.
How quickly will you reply?
Within two business days, usually sooner. If we’re fully booked, we’ll say so and tell you when we can start.
What does it cost?
Business packages and technology work for organizations have a scope and price agreed in writing before work starts. Community programs are free to participants. If you’d like to host or sponsor, we’ll discuss the resources a program needs together.
Do you replace our IT company?
No. We work alongside whoever keeps your computers running today. If you don’t have anyone, we’ll introduce you to a local provider we trust for helpdesk and hardware.
Do we own what you set up?
Yes. Every account, domain and subscription is in your organization’s name, and you pay the software vendors directly. If you ever move on, everything stays with you.
Where do you work?
Greater New Orleans: Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard and the Northshore parishes. We meet in person, so we keep the area tight.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, our standard one. We’re discreet about who we work with and what we see.
